To everyone who followed this comic and showed support over the years (I can’t believe I started this thing back in 2011!), thank you.

Big up to Timothy Cramer, Big Shadow, Kid Chaos (who is closing in on commenting on every single page of this opus!) and everyone else who dropped in and shared their thoughts in the comments. And thanks to the many, many folks over the years who have pledged on the Kickstarter, bought copies of the book at conventions, and emailed and DM’d to show some love.

It’s been a kick-ass experience to be working on PROTEGE, and I’ve learned so much working with an amazing artist like Juan Romera. It’s going to be very strange not posting an update every Wednesday (yeah, yeah, I know the schedule was very scattered most of the time).

I’m currently working on ROOK, a comic book thriller set in a youth home and inspired by westerns like UNFORGIVEN (I’m also doing the art for this one, you have been warned). And I’ve got more comic book projects in the works, so follow my blog or my twitter if you want to get future updates.
